Thanks for watching and sharing that info about the Firefox browser. I’ll look into that ASAP. Hopefully EVERYONE keeps their eyes peeled for the every expanding variety of internet scams. As Public Enemy said…”Can’t Truss It!!”
April 18th, 2010 at 3:53 pm
Good looking out. I’ve gotten a couple of these as well and within the Firefox browser, you can install an add-on call WOT (web of trust) which will block the pages of websites that are questionable. Even if you click on the link, you’ll get this page that says the page is known for malware or whatever and not to go to it. Keep informing.

Oh no – I guess you would have to hear me say it to get the emphasis. “I wish” meaning “I would never” or “that would never happen”.
BTW, don’t nobody want my identity!!! They in for a trick bag if they do. LOL!
April 18th, 2010 at 6:10 pm
Be careful for what you wish for. Identity theft is no joke
April 18th, 2010 at 6:24 pm
As hard as times is, I WISH I WOULD GET PHISHED! Sheed!
April 18th, 2010 at 6:25 pm
Bruh, I can’t believe so many people continue to make the mistake of clicking on links in shady E-mail / attachments. Gotta have a talk with my Nephew about this too. He thinks he knows everything (typical 16 year old!).
April 18th, 2010 at 6:54 pm
Oh I’m very aware of these things, glad you made a vid about this Sean, this is a very important issue!!!
April 18th, 2010 at 7:45 pm
ALWAYS think twice about EVERYTHING on the internet
April 18th, 2010 at 8:19 pm

April 18th, 2010 at 9:29 pm
Good video man, don’t fall for these scams.
April 18th, 2010 at 9:53 pm
I agree. Most students rely so much on computers and they need to reinforce that knowledge with safety measures. I also think stricter regulations need to be focused on the social websites, INCLUDING You Tube
April 18th, 2010 at 10:03 pm
BRUH, where you been ? Hope you’re having a good year so far!!
April 18th, 2010 at 10:16 pm
Good on you, bro!
April 18th, 2010 at 10:55 pm
They should really start mandating computer classes in all high schools. These classes should teach students how to use a computer, type, use anti virus/spyware programs, and how to safely navigate through the internet.

Thanks for watching. I just wanted to get the word out to a lot of people, who have a false sense of security on the internet.
April 19th, 2010 at 12:21 am
Great video. More people need to be aware of these scumbags. Calling the company in question (in this case, paypal), or emailing them directly to verify if this email was sent by them.
I used to get this stuff on my college email account.

Thanks. I’m shocked that most people don’t use more caution with the internet. Identity theft is still big business.
